Bacon Wrapped Chicken Legs

Marinate: 2-3 hours

Cooking Time: 1-1 ½ hr
6 large chicken legs
A pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
½ of freshly squeezed limejuice
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
¼ teaspoon of oregano
6 bacon strips
INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse meat and marinate with the above ingredients for 2-3 hours
Wrap each leg with bacon and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until it reaches an internal temperature of 180
Serve with your favorite side dish
