Stuffed Mushrooms

Cooking Time: 25 minutes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup of extra olive oil
¼ cups of parsley, chopped
½ cup of bread crumbs
½ cup of parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rinse and clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Place mushroom caps aside
Chop stems and set aside
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, including stems and mix well
Fill mushroom caps with the mixture
Spray a cookie sheet (9x13) with cooking oil and place the mushrooms ½” apart from each other
Bake for 25 minutes
