Pineapple Barbecue Ribs

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
½ (10 or 12) rack of pork ribs
¼ cup of sour orange or 2 freshly squeezed limes
1 Maggi chicken bouillon
12 cups of water
Barbecue Sauce
Use your favorite barbecue sauce or follow this recipe:
1 cup of pineapple marmalade
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon of mustard powder
2 tablespoon of molasses
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 large garlic cloves, finely minced
1 bay leave
1/4 cup of dry sherry vinegar
1/2 cup of water
BARBECUE SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan, add all ingredients, simmer on low-medium heat until it thickens
Remove bay leave. Remove from heat and let cool
RIBS INSTRUCTIONS
Wash meat. In a pot, add the meat and all the ingredients
Cook For 30 minutes
Transfer ribs to roasting pan, brush each side with barbecue sauce and bake @ 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Brush ribs ocasionally
